Founded on Dec. 29, 2002, China Datang Corporation Ltd. (shortened as CDT)  is a large scale state-owned power generation enterprise engaged in the development, investment, construction, operation and management of power projects, the production and sales of electricity  (cogeneration), electric  power related technology consulting and contracting service  in domestic and overseas power sector.
