The project is the first supercritical power plant project in the Philippines. It is jointly invested by GNPower, ACEHI, and Sithe Power, a subsidiary of Blackstone. CDTO&M provides O&M for the project. The project is completely designed with American standards, which are unprecedented high. During the implementation of the project, CDTO&M has been fully affirmed by the owner for its excellent work. Through this project, it has established a good foundation for the cooperation with Shanghai Electric Power Construction.
